Apex is a cash-based physical therapy and performance clinic. Payment is made directly at the time of service, allowing treatment to be driven by your needs and goals rather than insurance limitations.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?

Yes. HSA and FSA cards can generally be used for eligible physical therapy services.

Do packages expire?

No. Your package visits do not expire.

Do I need a referral?

In North Carolina, patients can generally see a physical therapist without a physician referral. Certain circumstances may require additional coordination with a medical provider.
